We are ready to take pre-bookings for your reservation. To confirm a booking, 30% per person of the total amount need has to be paid via bank transfer. As soon as we have received your deposit, you will receive a confirmation from us. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on arrival or via bank transfer 2 weeks prior arrival date.

For any cancellation by the participants more than 4 weeks before the arrival date half of the deposit will be refunded. The deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation is made within 4 weeks. If the workshops will be cancelled by the organisers participants will have full refund. Please note that bank transfer fees are not included in the prices and we do not accept credit cards. ​Although, the yachts have insurance, the participants are responsible for their own travel & medical insurance. Turkey requires tourist visas for the nationals of some countries; please check the requirements before you travel. Please note that your passport should be valid 4 months from the date of departure from Turkey.
