1 Week of Blue Cruise Workshops

€1.750.- per person

Embarkment at Bodrum Harbour is on Saturday 5th Oct. 2024. That day is a free day for the entire group to visit the town of Bodrum. Disembarkment from the Gullet is at Bodrum Harbour on Saturday 12th Oct. 2024 at the latest time of 10.00am after breakfast.

The cost is based on a double shared cabin. For those who wish to stay single in a cabin the price will be €2.300.-. For those who wish to come with a partner who won’t join the workshop classes the price will be  €1.450.-. Teenager between 14 to 18 y/o are welcome to the workshops with their families and the price is €1.550.- The workshops are open to all levels from beginners to advanced participants. The languages are Russian, English and Turkish.

The participants can find either direct flights for Bodrum Airport (BJV) or via 2 airports Istanbul (SAV) or (IST). Turkish Airlines and Pegasus Airlines have connecting international and domestic flights.

What to Bring: Light luggage, backpack, swimsuit, soft walking shoes, flip flops and or sandals, light rain coat, sweatshirt, socks and personal belongings.

Supply List of Materials 

Paper:

If you have some favorite brand of watercolor paper, by all means, use it.  100 % cotton 300g cold press medium grain or rough (Torchon) with sizes from 28 x 38 to 38 x 56 cm depending on your preference.

Brushes:

• Round brush (natural) squirrel, goat or mix No. 10-12, 6

• Round synthetic No. 10-12, 6

• Round brush with a long sharp bristle (liner) No. 4

• Flat flute for watercolors No. 30, 40, 60

If you have a favorite set of brushes, feel free to use them. Oriental calligraphy brushes are also welcome; goat, rat, etc.

Paints:

You can use any professional set of watercolor paints. Small travel kits are NOT recommended. You will need a basic set of colors or you can use your own pre-built palette.

 

Do not forget to also bring masking tape, a tablet for fixing the paper to, a cup for water, a pencil, an eraser and an absorbent sponge. We do not supply easels so feel free to bring your own.
